The world continues to turn.
In Obyr, the council is gone—burned out, exposed, and destroyed. In its place stands Garmr, Captain of the Guard turned City Lord by the will of the people after free elections completed for the first time for the newly freed city. Patrols are tighter, justice is blunt, and order has returned… but Obyr is still a city built atop catacombs and old sins. The seals below the streets remain closed, for now, and more than one faction is watching closely to see whether this new rule can endure what the old one could not. Far above the clouds, Risin drifts in uneasy balance.
The Azure maintain their rituals and patrols with flawless discipline, yet tensions ripple through the floating city as its role in the wider world grows harder to ignore. In the Blightlands, Dreadholme stirs. Within its restored halls and sealed war chambers, Torvst Lethis prepares for open conflict. Foundries burn, officers drill, and supply routes are secured as an army is assembled with clear intent—to march west, toward the contested lands of the frontier. This is not a force built for terror or spectacle, but for conquest and control. Whatever Torvst intends, it is no longer a secret and even the Overlords of Tyr have been forced to take notice of this new threat.
Below the world, the Underdark is in turmoil. Raiders of darkness have swarmed the caverns near the Sunless Sea, striking deep and without warning. The Great Shobath has been dealt a massive blow—stronghold damaged, influence disrupted, and vital routes severed. For the first time in memory, their forces have turned inward, fortifying and regrouping rather than expanding. Patrols now comb the depths relentlessly, hunting for the source of these invaders and preparing for retaliation.
Elsewhere, the world tightens. Old treaties are tested, hidden powers reposition, and desperate factions take risks they once avoided. Some threats advance openly. Others retreat, wounded but far from defeated. Vypool now shines as a beacon of freedom giving hope to the hopeless and rallying a cry across the land that oppression is not the only way the people of Tyr can live. But those who benefit from the way the world works do not find this new found hope to be a beneficial thing and fame can be a double edged sword drawing attention where it is unwanted.
